Jiaxing Vocational & Technical College is a full-time public vocational college established with the approval of the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province.

Ø  In 1950, Jiaxing Agricultural School was founded in Nanyan;

Ø  In 1954, Jiaxing Agricultural School was moved to Daxin road, Jiaxing;

Ø  In 1998, Jiaxing Agriculture School was jointed with Jiaxing Silk School;

Ø  In 2002, the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province approved the establishment of Jiaxing Vocational & Technical College;

Ø  In 2005, Jiaxing Vocational & Technical College was moved to the new campus;

Ø  In 2012, Jiaxing Vocational & Technical College was awarded the titles of “Zhejiang Provincial Demonstrative Vocational College”;

Ø  In 2016, Jiaxing Vocational & Technical College was co-located with Jiaxing Radio and TV University.
