In response to the governmental call about enhancement of Cross Straits’ Cooperation and Exchange, JXVTC actively elaborates a series of thematic events by coordinating with different entities such as provincial and municipal authorities, Taiwanese companies in Jiaxing and JXVTC’s internal departments.
On March 29th, Mrs. FANG Yiqun, the Vice Dean(Executive) of International Education Department visited Jiaxing Alliance for discussion about collaboration in Cross Straits’ thematic events.
Mr. ZHU Youren (Chairman Special Assistant of JX Alliance, Chairman of JTEA) and Mrs. ZHOU Yi(Vice-president of JX Alliance) warmly received JXVTC delegation team, they introduced the company profile: JX Alliance is Taiwanese company dedicated to large-scale sustainable development projects. Since 2010, JX Alliance debuted the master plan locally and entitled “The Promised Land”. Using agricultural development as the forerunner, JX Alliance cultivates Jiaxing on the basis of retaining the characteristics of South-East towns, and strives to create a sustainable complex project integrating Pastoral Town, Green Agriculture, Cultural Education, and Healthy Seniors. This master plan aims to become a model for China's construction and urbanization.
Both sides exchanged the ideas on two related thematic events: “Industrial Seminar hold in JX Alliance” and “Taiwanese Entrepreneur sharing experience in JXVTC”.
After friendly discussion, the two parties reached a preliminary consensus: in line with the principles of mutual benefit, resource sharing, and information sharing, with the goal of "doing for real, benefiting both sides of Cross Straits", start from the three stages of short, medium and long-term to develop a profound and pragmatic cooperation, focus on green agriculture, cultural creation & leisure, landscape architecture and other sectors with a high degree of matching, establish a multi-level long-term cooperation and communication mechanism, accelerate the integration of industry and education for empowering Jiaxing's economic boost.
