FromJuly 28th to 30th, 2021, JXVTC and Jiaxin Cambodia Fashion Co., Ltd. carriedout the training for Cambodian technicians as an educational project of JiaxinSino-Myanmar School of Fashion. This training provided overseas employees withtechnical guidance in basic sewing, technical work and standardized managementoperations, aiming to cultivate the backbone of production line for theenterprise. This training is not only a new attempt for the School of Fashion& Art Design to serve "going out" corporations, but also a newchapter to turn up in the school’s international education.

Thetraining was conducted in the form of online teaching. Its preparation started onearly May and took 3 months to complete. Mr. Wang Qinhua, a nationalfirst-level technician majoring in clothing and apparel design has conductedmany in-depth investigations in enterprises to understand the technical skilllevel of Cambodian employees. In response to the shortage of high-skilledapplied talents, especially the technical problems caused by language barriers,the teaching team re-developed the content of training. They prepared more than90 pages of courseware and 6 video clips to solve the technical problems ofcommon equipment and basic sewing process. At the same time, co-worked with theSchool of International Education to solve the language barrier and translateall training materials and courseware into Cambodian. After 3 days’ of training,the 50 workers who participated in the training have mastered the knowledge ofsafe operation, the operation and daily maintenance of various equipment, andhave met the skill requirements of the company's position.

In the future, we will continue to expand foreign exchanges andtraining, give full play to the advantages of professional education, jointly"customize" professional talent training programs, develop teachingmaterials and lay a solid foundation for the promotion of overseas’ trainingcenters such as "Luban Workshop", "Silk Road Institute",etc. Together with Zhejiang Jiaxin Silk Co., Ltd., we will broaden our mindsfor the internationalization of higher vocational education, meet the needs oftalents brought by international expansion of enterprises, and provide humanresources and intellectual support for the construction of the "Belt andRoad". By exporting the “JXVTC” model, the school’s internationalinfluence will be further enhanced, facilitating the creation of the goldenbusiness card for the college in the field of internationalization ofvocational education.
