On 23rd September, JXVTC held the opening ceremony of the first "Industrial Internet Chinese" class to welcome 10 Vietnamese international students who came to the college for study and exchange. Party Secretary Fang Junliang delivered a speech and President Zhang Hong attended the ceremony.

 Fang Junliang warmly welcomed the new students, pointing out that civilisation exchange and mutual understanding is an important driving force for the progress of human civilisation and the peaceful development of the world. He hoped that the students would face the challenges positively and optimistically, try to overcome the language barriers, cultural differences and academic problems, study hard and pursue academic excellence; they would experience the real China outside the classroom, bring the Chinese culture to Vietnam, and introduce the excellent culture of Vietnam to China, enhance the mutual understanding between the Chinese people and Vietnamese people, and become the ambassadors for the dissemination of cultural exchanges.

  In recent years, JXVTC closely around the national education opening up the strategic task, seize the "Belt and Road" development opportunities, take the initiative to serve the Yangtze River Delta integration of industrial development, and further enhance the international school capacity.
