为了扎实新学期的学生会工作安排，做好学生工作，外贸分院团学生会于9月1号下午1点在6号教学楼409教室召开了本学期第一个例会。分院党总支书记王家庆、学工办主任张向东、以及学生辅导员等参加了例会。
In order to implement the arrangement of new term work in student union and give full function to the role of student cadres, Youth League and Student Union held the first meeting this semester in Room 409, Teaching Building 6 at 1:00 pm on 1st September. Members in attendance were Secretary of CPC general branch Mr. Wang Jiaqing, director of student management office Mr Zhang Xiangdong，and some student instructors.
会上，分院党总支书记王家庆给大家介绍了2013学年第一学期的工作重点，对上学期的工作做出总结，并对大家的成绩给予了表扬和肯定，指出其中不足。主要谈到早自习制度与晨跑制度并行，紧固学风建设，牢抓学生体育，增强学生体质，在谈到公寓自律委员会建设时，提出严管寝室，杜绝公寓事故。同时，他还对团学干部提出了3点要求与希望，他要求学生干部志存高远、脚踏实地；严格要求、以身作则；敢于担当、乐于奉献。学生干部要关爱弱势群体，努力提高自身素质，正确看待自身的价值观。
Mr. Wang Jiaqing introduced the focus of this semester’s work, summarized the work of last semester, gave the sufficient praise and affirmation to every student cadre’s achievement and meanwhile, pointed out the shortage. It was mainly mentioned that morning independent study system and morning sports jogging should be mixed, to upgrade the construction of learning style while guiding students’physical exercise effectively to enhance students’ fitness. As for the construction of apartment discipline committee, Mr. Wang proposed that the dormitory should be managed strictly to avoid the apartment accident. At the same time, he put forward three requirements and wishes as follows: 1stly, student cadres should have high aim based on own ability, skill and interest. Next, student cadres be strict with ourselves and set a good example for others. Lastly, we need to take responsibilities and be willing to dedicate ourselves. Student cadres also need care about vulnerable groups, strive to improve own quality and have a right view of value
会议明确了新的工作目标，也激发了大家的工作热情。会后，学生干部们纷纷表示受益匪浅，定会齐心协力做好分院本学年第一学期的学生工作。
The meeting identified new job goals and also stimulated the whole working enthusiasm. After the meeting,student cadres showed that we benefited a lot from this meeting. We must pull together to do the student job of this semester well.
